These terms govern your use of the Envisionify website (envisionify.co) and any informal enquiries made through it. The full terms of any engagement (project scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, IP) are agreed separately in a written proposal or service agreement.

Envisionify provides web design, web development, search-engine optimisation, and conversion-rate optimisation services. The exact scope of any project is defined in a separate signed agreement.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse this website — including, but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending automated traffic, or submitting fraudulent content via the contact form. We may block access at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, graphics, logos, and screenshots of client projects (used with permission) — is the property of Envisionify or its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish without written consent.
5. Liability
The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Mainz, Germany.
