2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with the user's consent or where the law permits processing.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, global edge locations). When the site is accessed, technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access are processed to enable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision).

4. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form (name, email, optionally company, project type, budget and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication). We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, at the latest after 24 months — unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies or local-storage entries (e.g. to store your cookie preference). No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are used. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

6. Processors

For storing contact enquiries we use the database infrastructure of our backend provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services.
